Effective Date: January 16, 2025 1. Service Private Goodbye Messages (“PGM”) securely stores and delivers your personal messages to chosen recipients under the conditions you set. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. 2. Eligibility You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for protecting your login details. 3. Messages You may upload personal messages (text, audio, video, image) within our size and format limits. You agree not to upload unlawful, harassing, or offensive content. 4. Storage & Delivery Messages are encrypted and stored offline on secure devices (never in the cloud). PGM will check in with you every 90 days. If you don’t respond after 120 days, we contact your recipient. Recipients must confirm they wish to receive the message. If they decline or do not respond, the message is permanently deleted. Once a message is delivered or deleted, it is erased from all systems. 5. No Legal Effect PGM does not provide legal or financial advice. Messages are personal and not legally binding. 6. Liability PGM is not responsible for the content of your messages, for actions recipients may take, or for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. 7.
