  • What happens to my message while in storage?

    Your message is encrypted and stored offline on three independent, secure storage systems. It is never uploaded to the cloud, never accessed by anyone at PGM, and remains completely private until delivery—or deletion.

  • What does my check-in email look like?

    It’s short, discreet, and secure. The email comes from PGM with the subject line:
    “90-Day Membership Check-In”.

  • How do I respond to my check-in email?

    Just click the button in the email—no login or password required. One click creates a return email to PGM that you're still here and want your message stored. It’s fast, discreet, and secure.

  • What happens if PGM doesn't get a response from my PGM receiver?

    If PGM is unable to reach your Receiver with the email you provided after 3 attempts, the PGM message will be permanently deleted along with all your transaction information.

  • What happens if you decide you don't want to cancel your PGM message?

    You can cancel your message at any time simply reach out to PGM at support@privategoodbyemessages.com. You must reach out from the same email used to submit your PGM message. Once canceled, it is permanently deleted as well as all the original transaction information.
